Do I need to book?

Yes.  We advise booking two or three weeks in advance to secure your preferred appointment time, especially late nights and weekends.

Can I change my appointment time?

Yes.  Please give us a 24 hour notice.  Credit card details and 24 hours notice of cancellations are required for booking for more than two hours duration.

When should I arrive, and what if I'm late?

Try to arrive five minutes before your appointment, if late, your treatment will still end on time so that the next client is not inconvenienced.
